Purchase Orders and Quotes
We do accept purchase orders from Schools and Government Departments and are happy to invoice with direct debit or credit card payments.
We are able to supply Quotes with up to 6 months validity to Schools, Specialists, Government departments and for Funding purchases.
These are sewn into or on each item that we manufacture being the weighed items. Blankets, Lap bags and weighted vests are made of cotton are fully machine washable although the weights for the vests are to be removed prior to washing vest and are not to be washed.
Any details given to Calming Kids Australia are kept within Calming Kids Australia and are under no circumstances given out or shared with anyone. All credit card details are destroyed and not kept or collected.
Shipping is through Sendle, Australia Post and Transdirect and price is calculated depending on the weight of your order. This lets us give you the best price available. Delivery can be anywhere from 2 days local Perth to 10 days.
Refunds are only accepted if there is a manufacturer fault in the product. Please contact us though if you have any questions with regards to this. If the product is just not suitable to your child and is returned with in 2 weeks being in original condition we will refund the purchase price of item only. Unfortunately we cannot refund if the item is damaged, dirty from use or outside these circumstances.
Payments can be made online. For NDIS Plan Managed Orders, you can choose to have an invoice sent to you for payment with direct debit details.
