Slim and 'soft' to touch being non metallic. Come in a black zip case for storage. Our slimline 260 gram are our quietest as the body isn’t metal. They are made from PVC and have a seam along the roller where the PVC wrap joins so if is likely to annoy then one of our metal hand rollers are more suited.
Rotate in your hand, roll between your palms or roll to massage are three great ways you can use them. Wonderfully satisfying as they rotate. They are discreet and therapeutic. Great workplace tool! Great for anxiety and hand function.
To gain an idea of how they feel to use - if you have some fat textas on hand place two in the same hand, side by side, and rotate around themselves.
Please note: Both these & the 100 gram hand rollers have a casing that is plastic which means more vulnerable to break if dropped on a hard surface. Warranty does not cover breakages. All are tested before sent also for faults.
If choosing for a child 10 or younger - the 100 grams is generally the better one to select, however it is personal. For 10 and up the heavier weights 160/180/250/260/305 are often preferred, although many adults like the lighter ones also. Most report the heavier ones better to assist with Anxiety.
The lighter weights also better for those that have reduced hand function.
Hand squeeze exercises and tendon glide action are two exercises that are used for it and both are/can be emulated with the hand roller. Wrist stretch with weights is another and the hand roller can be used for that too. Generally best to keep selected weight to the lighter styles (180 gram or 100 gram). You may feel a gentle pull or stretch during use. However, should stop if experiencing any pain.
